Pak choy potato stew - Bouillon de chou & pomme de terre - 小 白菜炖洋芋

Bok choy/Chou pak choi/小白菜 ~ 400g (<3 euros)
Potato/Pomme de terre/土豆 ~300 g (<2 euros)
Ginger and garlic slices/Tranches de gingembre & ail/姜片和蒜片
Chop the potatoes into pieces and rinse them in water to get rid of starches
Couper les pomme de terre et les rincer à l'eau pour retirer l'amidon
土豆切块，用清水浸泡去除淀粉
Chop the bak choi
Couper le chou pak choi
小白菜切段
Fry the potatoes and some garlic & ginger slices with 2 tpsb oil for 2 minutes
Faire frire les pomme de terre et les tranches de gingimbre & ail avec 2 c.à.c d'huile pendant 2 minutes
土豆块和葱姜片用2勺油微炒2分钟
Add 500 ml water
Ajouter de l'eau (~500 ml)
加入半升水
Cover and cook for 10 minutes
Faire bouillir avec un couture pendant 10 minutes
盖锅盖煮10分钟
Add chopped pak choi and 2 tea spoon salt, keep boiling for 2 minutes
Ajouter les chou et le sels (2 c.à.c), faire bouiller pedant 2 minutes
加入切好的白菜段和2茶匙盐，继续煮2分钟
The stew is ready!
Le bouillon est pret!
下饭的小白菜炖土豆就做好了！
